Identify RA A/TK soldier - Fred Couchman ?

Long shot I know but does anyone recognise the chap on the right.
Maybe called  Fred Couchman.
My Dad is on the left and he was in 72 and 15 A/TK Royal Artillery, 1st Army. The photo was taken in Italy in 1946
