« on: Sunday 25 July 10 16:17 BST (UK) »
Hi, i am interested in finding out why my 2 X Gt uncle had his war medals revoked.

according to his medal roll they were revoked due to getting into trouble with the civilain police.

the kings regulations .King's Regulation 392 are what is on this roll.

i have been unable to find a service record for him

William P Ender
Regiment or Corps: Royal Field Artillery, Royal Field Artillery
Regimental Number: 87490, 1028588

Para 392 (xi) is Discharged for Misconduct. Presumably the forfeiture was upheld.

Normally, if the medals are re-instated, there is a Re-instatement Roll reference on the medal index card.

As he served past 1920, there is a chance that his records are still with the MoD and have survived.
