You will be able to browse the area index listings for free, and once registered, street indexes for the larger towns and cities as well. By buying viewing "credits", you will be able to view high quality (all 8-bit, 256-level greyscale) scanned images of the original Enumerators Census books. One credit allows you to view an entire film or film section, each containing on average 300 pages. We do not have a surname index, so are keeping the cost low to allow you to browse more pages to find your ancestors - as an initial introductory offer, we are offering 25 credits for £10, working out at around 7 pages for a penny!
More areas are being worked on for online viewing - keep checking the news pages to see whats been added.
