Hi,

I do know what dates and what Newspapers the articles im looking for are.

Birmingham Daily Post (search for ‘Timothy Hill’ and trust me, you’ll find them)
•   Wednesday, February 10, 1892
•   Monday, April 21, 1884
•   Friday, July 29, 1887
•   February 13, 1868
•   Saturday, September 12, 1874
•   Wednesday, Novmember 9, 1881
•   Monday, August 4, 1862
•   Saturday, 9 January, 1869
•   Friday, January 7 1870
•   Monday, March 7 1870
Lloyds Weekly Newspaper (search for timothy hill)
•   Sunday October 28, 1877

If anyone could find and send me any of these Articles concerning Timothy Hill (my x4 Great Grandfather), i would be extremely grateful.

Regards,
Joel Fraser

Not all - in fact the majority - of newspapers aren't online.  As you have exact dates and titles  of journals you might - depending on where you are - get the relevant library service to send you copies or obtain them through the interlibrary lending service from your local library.
Chowns in Buckinghamshire
Broad, Eplett & Pope in St Ervan/St Columb Major, Cornwall
Browning & Moore in Cambridge, St Andrew the Less
Emms, Mealing & Purvey in Cotswolds, Gloucestershire
Barnes, Dunt, Gray, Massingham in Norfolk
Higho in London
Matthews & Nash in Whichford, Warwickshire
Smoothy, Willsher in Coggeshall & Chelmsford, Essex

If your public library does not include the 19th C British Library Newspapers collection in its online reference library, you can still access it by subscription:

Hi

I found Timothy Hill, he was a bailiff, before you part with any money you should investigate free access to the Gale newspaper site.  I have free access through the national  library of Scotland, any one who with an address in Scotland can join online.  I think there is also a library in England with offers the same service, (maybe Lancs library), if your in aus I've noticed that rootschatters in Australia sometimes mention access to English newspapers through a library.

PS He seems to have been quite a character!
