Hardgate, Stevensons Land & Old Town

My great great grandparents Neil and Esther (Ramsey) McCambridge are listed in the 1841, 1851 and 1861 census's with addresses of Hardgate (Houston & Killellan parish), Stevensons Land (town of Crosslee) and Old Town (Houston & Killellan parish). Would anyone know how I could find these locations if they still exist? Planning a trip to Scotland and would be thrilled to visit these areas.
