I am searching for a James Tiller who was born circa 1829. His marriage certificate shows his father to be William Tiller. Wondering if anyone who is doing research connected with Guernsey has come across a family called Tiller.
In the Census records James is shown as being a Journeyman Baker and then a Baker and variously noted as being born in Guernsey, Hampshire and Middlesex. He died in 1902 in London. In the 1901 Census he is noted as being born in Guernsey.
I'd be pleased to hear from anyone who might have come across this gentleman or his father.
