Looking for 1901 census for William Thomson born 1880 in Barrow in Furness, married Rose I'anson june 1906, emigrated to Ontario.

Hi,

Could only find William Thompson on 1901 born Barrow aged 22 living at 32 Back Harlington with Frederick Lay. William described as stepson.

Have not got marriage papers, but he did marry Rose I'anson sometimes called Janson in 1906. I need  his 1901 location and occupation plus any 1901 census information. They (RootsChat) are trying to find him and his family in Ontario where they emigrated to.

theres the one mentioned above, and also a THOMSON, a couple of years older, but looks like he's already married to an Alice.

Having his Fathers name, and William's occupation in 1906 would help pin him down in the search index.

Sorry, I must of missunderstood you, I thought you meant William who married Rose Janson when you said, there's the one mentioned above. I will send for the marriage cert, to obtain more info, I suppose my information could be incorrect  and he was born somewhere else, thank you for your time and effort, Tony.

Hi, just received the marriage cert for William and Rose, married june 4 1906, William was a stonemason, living at 46 Back Dalton S Barrow, Williams fathers name was William he was a farmer, hope this will  hope this will help pin him down in the search index, thanks Tony.
