Charles (Charlie) joined the Burmese Navy during WW11. We understand he went to Australia after the war, had quite a number of children. These children will be cousin to my husband. No idea where in Australia Charles went, my husbands family were all busy fleeing from Rangoon in Burma 1942. My mother-in-law never saw her brother again, just told us he was in Australia with a large family. Does the surnames Cooper or Hembrough mean anything to anyone? Would love to hear anything.
