If anyone has access to the Ottery St.Mary Parish in Devon,I would appreciate it if you look up information about Thomas Glanville,lawyer/solitor died approx. 1848

Members of the public do not have access to information on death certs - you have to buy a copy of the cert

Do you already have 1841 census info?  If not - what was his birthyear/wife's name etc

Two amendments have been notified to this 1841 entry - one by a Rick Glanvill.  Do you know anybody of that name?

Thomas didn't die until 1853 see freebmd www.freebmd.org.uk - Honiton was the registration district  and here is the 1851 entry for Mill St

Thank you. Yes,I do know Rick Glanvill and wondering why it was amended.In the past,I've contacted him several times about our Thomas Glanvill to Judge John Glanvill,tavistock.

He notified a mis-spelling of the surname - the 1841 was originally indexed as Glannie
