Arthur Fletcher, Marriage COMPLETED

I was just about to order a Marriage  Certificate and it looks as if I have got things wrong so can someone help and put me back on track.
Arthur Fletcher b. abt March 1862 parents Thomas Fletcher and Martha Greenfield in Waltham, Lincs (Caistor)
The marriage I had for him was to Annie Elizabeth Norburn from Sheffield. I don't have a BMD reference only Census. The 1911 census says they were married for 10 years it's not quite matching.
I am looking for the most likely marriage for Arthur.

The only other Arthur Fletcher to a Annie Elizabeth using a spread of 1897 to 1907, is one in Halifax June 1897 to a Annie Elizabeth Turner?

Are they together in 1901?  That might pin it down.  If you write to the local office you can ask them to check on occupation and his father's name before you buy the certificate.

Thanks everyone for your help. This is just another entry I did when I was starting out about a year ago and failed or put in citations to the correct citation and that when it gets confusing later.
