HI all
 Im lookin for infomation on david newman born barnwell cambridge 1818 i know from his marriage cert his father was john newman after that im stuck there is a john and deborah newman living there in 1841 is that them i`d love to find out! any info much appreciated  :)

when did david marry and whom did he marry and what does it say his fathers occ was on the marriage cert

He married elizabeth plumstead nee james in 1844 in chatham and john is down as a labouer

Cambs FHS has a baptism index at http://www.cfhs.org.uk/Search.html , but there's no David Newman. There were three John and wife who were baptising children at St Andrew the Less at about the right time, Abigail, Deborah and Elizabeth. Which were the parents of David is open to debate.

Thank for that info looking throu those records im pretty sure that john and deborah are his parents but becouse there ain`t any baptisim records for david guess i`ll never know for sure :'(
