Swan Inn, Newtown, Hampshire

Hi,

I am looking for any information in regard to the history of the Swan Inn, Newtown, on the border of Hampshire and Berkshire.

My relation Walter New was the Licensee at one stage in the early 1900's.

I would appreciate any assistance in this regard please

Hi Sue,
No, I haven't seen this before, so interesting.

Would love to know more on the Inn.     I know there is a gentleman who researches the Pubs of Newbury, with some great information available, but the Swan Inn being in Newtown, Hampshire, has not been included in his research.

I thought maybe there might be someone doing research in this area as well.
