Cunningham Birth & Death look ups pls

Researching John Cunningham and wife Janet nee Johnston last address known 40 St. John Street in 1884 according to birth cert of son Arthur.  Re located to Belfast and found them on 1901 and 1911 Census Ireland still in Belfast.

Looking for their Birth Details both born in Scotland.  Any help appreciated John was a Tailor/Journyman Father possibly also John and Janets Mother was S. Johnston.

Do you have an approximate year for their births? Do you have their ages on the census records and how consistant are they? 

Does Arthur's birth certificate give their marriage details? A scottish marriage certificate would give you their ages, occupations, parents details and residence at the time.

Hi KirstyG,

Janet Johnston married John Cunningham in Belfast 12th June 1879. 1901 census Ireland Janet and John are both listed as 38 years.  In 1911 Census Ireland Janet is listed as 52 years and a widow so John must have died between 1901 and 1911.

Both listed as born in Stranrae they have five children two born in Stranrae Jane first and then Arthur.  I have a copy of Arthurs Birth Cert in1884.

I have marriage but no Fathers are named for bride or groom or ages still checking that one.

Any help appreciated .
