What records do they keep at the beverley records office?

Hi  ,

Im going to Beverley in a couple of weeks, so im thinking of going to the records office and visiting the cemetary.My Atkinson side are from weel a hamlet near beverley and seem to have all there baptisms/marriages etc registered at st john and st martins beverley.

I was wondering do they keep records for the cemetary of who is buried where at the office so i can find out where some of their graves please?.

Also do they keep parish registers from the late 1700's there please? as im want to try and go back farther with my tree as ive hit a brick wall.

They have MI records for most of the local cemetries, also have the parish registers

St John and St Martins is the Queensgate Cemetry I think, ther are two the old and the new

Will check further when I get home am sat at a bar in turkey at the moment, tempreature around 45C

 i was very surprised and delighted to find you can get copies of certificates pre 1837 for 50 p and in the mi's i found details such as cause of death ,informant and occupation.
