I think that second photo is copyrighted.  Corangamite Regional Library Corporation.

It says on the site that the company operated in the late 1800s.

The photo was sent to me by another relative and unfortunately I didn't realise where it had come from. I assumed it was a family held photo. I have had it for quite a few years and it was just when speaking to another relative I thought I would have it dated.

How do I remove it?

This looks just pre WW1,1910-14.The young women appears to be wearing a sac coat popular throughout the Edwardian era,I think she's also wearing a hobble skirt,hence the date.
