rent records in Castleblayney

Would there be any rent records that show when my Grandparents lived in Castleblayney from
Their details were
May Harry 28 Male Head of Family Church of Ireland England Photographer Read and write - Married - 4 1 1
May Beatrice Fanny 25 Female Wife Church of Ireland England - Read and write - Married - 4 1 1
May William Edward Blayney  Male Son Church of Ireland Co Monaghan - Cannot read - Single - - - -

37.2 in Drumillard, Little West Street (Castleblayney Urban, Monaghan) and I understand that this property was owned by Lord Hope ( it was 2 rooms behind or above a grocery shop)

I know they left after the 1911 census to take the baby to show Gran's family in Sheffield - sadly he died in June of that year in Sheffield.

I would like to ascertain when they arrived there and can only think of rent records.  I know Gran was in Sheffield in Sept 1908 as she married some one else at that time but between there and 1910 the marriage broke down and she left with Granddad
