looking for william parry born 1842/43 in cardigan he has moved to llanidloes mid wales in igi 1881 census and married approx 1874 I found only one that may match as born in Tregaron [1851 census ] trying to trace his exact address  any ideas ?
is registry office central/north or south for that area may give them a phone call

There's a William Hughes Perry born 1842 in Cardigan

Tregaron is covered by Ceredigion Central, and Cardigan is covered by South
