G.STEFANTOS "The People's Bookshop" Plymouth Devon area. Exact location please!

Hi,
I'm seeking the location of G.STEFANTOS who I believe had "The People's Bookshop" in/around Plymouth,Devon.c1937.The shop was in a terrace and numbered 71.
Can anyone help with the exact location please?

Gerome STEFANTOS died 1979 Torbay 21 2098. Date of Birth 12 May 1895
Marguerite Bessie STEFANTOS died Jan 1989 Torbay 21 2244 date of birth 8 Nov 1899

Also not a WW1 Pension application from Georgios STEFANTOS. He was aged 23 years and 10 months  at enlistment 12 Nov 1917 and 25 last birthday on Apr 18 1919 . He seems to have been a hotel waiter in London when he enlisted and address on discharge in 1919 was 58 Ebrington St Plymouth.

Hi

I would like to use your photo on the cover of my forthcoming "Bibliography of the Communist Party of Great Britain" It is obviously a CP bookshop, almost certainly in Plymouth as I have not found any reference to a shop in Devonport in my researches.
