wonder if emma alcock is in any way related to samuels mother mary alcock?

Hi Ratter,    I have just read  the info on your Ratcliffe family. Matilda b/ 1877 married Edmund Shaw b/ 1878, the son of Thomas Shaw who is my great grandfather, Edmund was my grand fathers step brother. My mother knew her aunt and uncle Matilda and Edmund quite well, if I can be of any help to you, please feel free to get in touch.
