Electoral Roles 1974 - Batten

I would be really greatful if someone could look up the electoral roles going backwards from 1974, 1973, 1972 etc for Robert J Batten.  His address in 1979 was 35 Upper Marshes, Hopton Waters, Catherton Common, Cleobury Mortimer.
The information I am looking for is anyone elses name that he is living with (Possibly Rose .....? They were never married).
I would also be grateful if you could take a look at the local newspapers for a report of the suicide of Robert J Batten which took place at the above address on the 8th May 1979, or of the following inquest which took place on the 5th September 1979.  Again the information that I would really be interested in is the name of his girlfriend, maybe Rose?
Any help or information would be great as I live over three and a half hours drive away from the Shropshire archives, so not really a day trip for me!
