hello there new to this site.i am trying to find the parents of richard hughes born in forden welshpool 1869.he married a charlotte elizabeth evans 1901 in welshpool.his fathers name was thomas hughes .i am not having much luck in the censuses trying to find richards mother.any advice or help appreciated robert.

With the surname Hughes, you may have difficulty as there are a number of them about. 

I assume if you know where Richard was born and his father's name, you have his birth certificate?  If so you have his mother's name?

Just want to check how you have found out the details you have - because if you have his birth details this will tell you his father's occupation and mother's name and maiden name which will be a great help with the censuses.

hi i had the information off a relative and am now in posession of his wedding certificate.his father and his wifes parents are on there but not his mother.not having much luck with the census at the moment
