birth and/or marriage info please

one of my relatives is said to be from st helier jersey, her name was francois marie or frances mary boulvard/e or something very similar, she was born around 1866 and married a henry elijah willby, i would love to know please any details of birth or marriage, i know the details are a bit vague but that is all anybody in the family knows, many thanks in advance

Was Henry also from the CI

hi carole henry was born in westminster and we dont know where they married or when but they did marry thanks laroche

it was 1886 the birth

I presume this refers to Frances as Henry's birth reg is incorrectly shown as Willdy and was in 1886

So any marriage would be in the 1900's

The free 1911 index shows Henry Elijah Wilby (one L) aged 24 in Kingston Surrey - shown as Military

Have you viewed the entry and was he married at that time as it will show number of years married which will help narrow down a marriage date

If he was married - it must have been outside England as there is nothing on freebmd
