I have dozens of old photos from around Petersfield and surrounding area taken about 1903.

Most show local houses, thatch roofed cottages, etc. Some have people in them that could probably be easily identified if I could just determine where the buildings are located.

I have a couple of the photos posted in the Rootschat photo restoration and dating forum.

I will attach a couple to this message and hopefully someone may recognize the buildings.

I have all of them posted on Kodak Gallery, so if anyone would like to have a look at them please send me an email address and I'll send you an invitation (it's free) to view the photos.

Thank you for your help!!!

Kindest Regards,

Billy

Hi Billy

My Dad and his brother were evacuated to Petersfield in WWII with Emanuel School.  I'll send you a PM with my email address and will show your photos to my Dad next time he's here.  Not sure whether he'll recognise anything but it's worth a try  :)

Thanks very much Heather.

Most of the photos were taken early 1900's I believe.

The invitation will be on its way shortly!

all the best,

Billy
