although ages at deaths were sometimes out as they are what the informant believed the deceased to be it doesn't account for the middle initial being wrong so i would suggest you purchase Reginalds marriage certificate to get his fathers name

there are 3 births in all for Puckey with mmn. Webb
William J in 1912 and Rosetta in 1915 with Reginald in between

also his father before him was named Reginald and also his father, Reg's mother was a Hancock haven't found any info as of now but still looking, they all came from around St. Austell from what I have heard.

Micwood what i am saying is if reg was born St Austell in1913 he wasn't registered or was registered a year late also you may know him as Reginald Forest Puckey but the GRO index gives his middle initial as C maybeit is a misprint but you need to confirm it is him before you do any further research

New Info on Reginald Puckey b. 19. May 1913.. at 8-30 am in South Fork Pennsylvania, USA.

His fathers name was Reginald Puckey ( miner ) born in UK. in 1880 , residing at St.Michael Pennsylvania USA.

His mother was Elizabeth Puckey ne Hancock born in Ireland in 1883...

don’t know when they came back to U.K  but would assume that they came back after the war 1918.
Reg had 2 siblings. one sister and a younger brother called Sydney..Reg and Agnes were married in 1941 in London in army quarters. the addresses that I have from old 70s/80s phone books were where they lived in St Austell Cornwall.

now back on the puckey trail Reginald F Puckey probably had dual nationality he was born in USA and returned home when he was 1 year old, his father Reginald .b 1880 in cornwall went USA 1909 and returned 1914, trying to find any siblings of Reginald F b. 1914, also any info for Elizabeth Hancock his mother.
