1851 census

Looking for two people in Cornwall.

John William Carlyon b. 1825

Mary Harris Tucker b. 1830.

I can find them both on the 1841 census.  In 1854 they marry.

John is not with his parents on the 1851 census (Thomas and Elizabeth) and I'd like to know where he is.

Mary I can't find at all.  She is with her parents on the 1841 (RIchard and Jane Tucker).  She may be with them or not on the 1851.

Any help on either of these would be appreciated.

Is that John William Simons CARLYON, Christened 20 March 1825, Sithney, Cornwall, to THOMAS/ELIZABETH?
Unfortunately I cant find him or her in 1851 but found them in 1861 on the following Site.
