I cant find a Marriage for Thomas/Sarah but the IGI has this Submitted Record;
RUTH Brown, Christened 05 February 1837, Burton Lazars, Leics
Parents, Thomas BROWN and Sarah SAPCOAT
(this seems to work with George Sepcock Brown on 1851 Census which is hard to read)
FreeBMD has George Sapeoat Brown, Sept 1850, Melton Mowby, 15 208

They have that Thomas Brown and Sarah Sapcoat Married 30 April 1832, Burton Lazars, Leics.
I cant confirm this.

I found this m also on Family Search. I thought Sarah's maiden name might be the same as her son and it nearly was.

A Sarah Sapcoat was bap 30/6/1811 to Thomas & Ruth ? and also b and bap to Wiliam & Ruth Couper. However no Sarah amongst the formers 9 children,  but included amongst the latters 5.

I looked up Elizabeth Brown on Family Search and found a Thomas Brown bap 21/2/1806 Stapleford to John & Elizabeth (Stapleford mid-way between Wymondham and Burton Lazars. Could be the right one.....what say you?
