Baptism for Isaac is given as 1811 -so assume he was baptised when he was older

You may be better looking at parish records

My Isaac Hurcombe waas christened 08 Feb 1795 in North Nibley, Gloucestershire, England. Which would make him 25 in 1820.
I didn't realise that member submitted records are sometimes guesses! that's disappointing!
Unfortunately, I am too far from Wootton Under Edge to check the parish records so hoped someone may have access to them.

It seems they have estimated the marriage as the birth of Isaac (jnr) was 15 Oct 1820 and Ruth gives her p.o.b. as Wooton  in census

From Isaac and Ruths children's baptisms itshows they were probably Methodists
the baptisms took place at Tabernacle Clavanistic Methodists Wotten Under Edge Glos.

So maybe if you put out a request for parish register look up someone may be able to help

I assume you have the birth and baptism dates for Isaac, Andrew and Emma ??These are extracted records on IGI so are reliable.

I cannot help with the marriage you seek but . . . .

The records of the W-U-E Tabernacle (Calvinistic Methodist) gives:- "Isaac Son of Isaac Hurcomb and Ruth his Wife, of the Parish of North Nibley in the County of Gloucester (born on 15th Day of October 1820) was baptized on the 1st Day of March 1821."

"By me Thos Jones Protestant Dissenting Minister."

So North Nibley church records may be where you need to search for the marriage.

One more straw!

The LDS has filmed Marriages and banns of marriages 1754-1959  of N.Nib. so if Ruth and Isaac did come from there, and were married elsewhere, there should/might be a Banns record.  See the LDS library catalogue.
