1870 NY Census assistance please

Hello,

I think I have have found an ancestor on 1870 New York Census living in 3rd Election District, 7th Ward, in the county of New York, State of New York.

Unfortunately the image does not list a street address and I am trying to narrow down where in New York this district and ward is.

Could anyone help me please.

I found this site:   http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nynewyo2/census/
which has a link to ward boundaries. 
It has the 7th ward as:
NB on Catherine St from East River to Division St; then EB on Division St to Grand St; then EB on Grand St to East River.

I did a map search and those streets are in the lower east side of Manhattan in the area of the Manhattan bridge.

I am not sure about the election district, but I hope this helps in narrowing down the area.
