Robert Killen and Mary Montgomery marriage WW1

Hello Antrim Helpers,
I am rather clutching at straws to help a close friend get somewhere near the start of a very difficult family tree. I wonder if anyone could assist to find a marriage (highly probable in the Antrim area) sometime close to the 1914-18 war.
The only facts I have so far are that her grandfather was a Robert Killen born in Antrim around the 1890's and died shortly after WW2 and her grandmother Margaret Montgomery who died about 1955 in her 50's place unknown.
They had three children Sadie who died in 1934 at 14/15 years place unknown, Esther who died in the 1970's place unknown and James who was born in 1926 in Antrim and died in 1963 in Singapore.  So far working from the most recent facts backwards have brought no leads to light. I can find no trace of either grandparent's birth in Antrim nor their subsequent wedding.
My supposition is a marriage around 1915 (plus or minus 5yrs).
I would really appreciate any help you may be able to offer or any advice. Thanks.

Wondering if there's a connection to Killens of Doagh, Co. Antrim?

There's one Robert Killen around the correct age here in 1901 census-

The marriage certificate might answer a few questions-

Margaret Tate MONTGOMERY - same details

    Robert Killen married Margaret Tate Montgomery in Whiteabbey Congregational Church, Carnmoney, Belfast on 1 Jul 1920. The couples fathers were Robert Killen and Isaac Montgomery.

Well, that marriage eliminates the Robert I found in 1901 census at least.

There's this Robert Killen in 1901 with father Robert- Congregationalist as well!

Am still hoping there's a connection to Killens from Doagh area (many of them moved to Belfast for work) as I have a very nice family tree for them

Thank you both so much for a very quick reply. The marriage certificate is a must, I'll send off for that as you say.

Can either of you offer any suggestions as to the name Tate as a middle name? Is it unusual or a known girl's name in Ireland in that era?

Thank you for the leads you offer in the 1901 census. Quite a bit to follow up there with another son William coming to light.

It's that time of year now when the family trees come out in front of the fire!

It's quite common use surnames as middle names for both boys and girls. Tate could be her mother's or grandmother's maiden name, an ancestor farther back, the name of a friend, etc. - impossible to know without tracing her family.

Do let us know when the certificate arrives. As I've said, I have a very large Killen family tree and it would be lovely if your Robert fits into it!
