What makes you think she may have died in Kent ?

As far as I can see she is living in Scotland in 1901, with Thomas and she is NOT in England in 1911.

Perhaps a search of scotlandspeople website may reveal her death record
James Stott c1775-1850. James was born in Yorkshire but where? He was a stonemason and married Elizabeth Archer (nee Nicholson) in 1794 at Ripon. They lived thereafter in Masham. If anyone has any suggestions or leads as to his birthplace I would be interested to know. I have searched for it for years without success. Thank you.

Had a look at the scotlandspeople website and they have a death of a Margaret Nebbs born circa 1859 and died 1913.

I think that might be who you are looking for but you will need credits to see the details - but on the plus side they are cheaper than buying a GRO certificate and can have a lot more information (if you are lucky) as well

Oh thank you so much. I was thinking England because her husband was English and they were there at one stage. That's great I'll check out Scotlands People
thanks again

I guess if she died in Scotland that is why i don't have a record of her death. However I do know that her husband returned to England and remarried in 1920 and died in 1929

Shaza,

If NickiC makes one more post they will then be able to send and receive personal messages which you could use to sort out the photo

Hope that helps
