Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd
Vio., cap. 35, intitled " An Act to further amend
the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and
other persons having any claims or demands
against the estate of George Rowland List, of
" Brightlands," Gipsy-lane, Barnes, in the county of
Surrey, formerly of Johannesburg, in the Transvaal
Province, South Africa, and Durban, in Natal
Province, 'South Africa, Jeweller (retired), deceased
(who died on the 10th day of September, 1921, and
letters of administration, with will annexed, of whose
estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the
Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of
Justice, on the 23rd day of November, 1921, to Edith
Mary List, Widow, his lawful Widow and relict), are
required to send the particulars, in writing, of their
claims or demands to the undersigned, the Solicitors
for the said Edith Mary List, the administratrix of
the estate of the said deceased, on or before the 13th,
day of January, 1922, after which date the said
administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of
the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto,
having regard only to the claims or demands of which
she shall then have had notice, and she will not be
liable for the. assets of the said deceased, or any
part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons
of whose claims or demands she shall not then have
'had notice.—Dated this 30th day of November, 1921.
