Security Guard or armed forces

Hi All
I have a picture of my Granfather at Olympia in the 1950s with Queen Mary
would he have been working for Olyimpia as a security guard or the Royal Family in the armed forces

sticking my neck out i,d say that he,s in a uniform as a security or comissionary role working for olympia

Thanks T.Mo and SCRIMNET for repling

I have all ready written to the Corps Security, and they said he is not listed as a member
of the Corps of Commissionares, but they did say there is a Special Events Team, but records
only go back six years
Is he wearing a Commissionares uniform, so he could have been in such a team
