Wellington area 1861 census lookup request

 am looking for Emanuel/Emmanuel/Immanuel Holway b 1827 in 1861 census in CULMSTOCK, Devon and his wife mary and sons Richard and Frank. If soneone could look for me please.....?
I know Cumnstock is Devon, but is close to Somerset and is in Wellington reg district, so thought it worth a try

But ann and william are new to me, so I wonder where they were in 1871? - not on 1871 census with their parents.
