Death SA - Ethel Janet WILLIAMS

I was wondering if anyone in the Rootschat community could tell me the DC reference for Ethel Janet Williams [nee Smith born 1881, in Newtown NSW].  Ethel and her husband, Captain Adrian Williams lived in Port Pirie from 1923 to 1946, and Adrian died in Plympton on 2 Nov 1954 Bk807/pg 856.

She is not registered in the SA death indexes which are only available until 1972.

There is a death for an Ethel Janet WILLIAMS d. 1976 in the Adelaide Advertiser index.
