OPC North Devon?

Hello All,

Can anyone tell me if there is an OPC for the North Devon area?

As I need to order a birth cert. but can't find the
Quat,Dist,Vol & Page details.

for a William Dart Reed b.27 7 1881 in Ilfracombe.

complete with a list of Devon parishes with OPCs. 
Ilfracombe has no OPC yet, but read the page through, you may find more info. there that will help you.
