David Kinloch born abt 1854

I am to trying to trace A David KInloch  who was born about 1854. His Father was George Kinloch who was born in Perth, Scotland in 1826 and his mother was Alice Sherrington or Brown who was born in England.
David had 2 sisters Sarah and  Mary. Any information would be gratefully received.

Hi,

I notice that one of the census he states he was born England Bolton.  Were George and Alice actually married?  There is a birth registration for a David Sherrington with mothers maiden name Brown in 1853.  However, I suspect Alice`s husband Thomas died in 1851 aged 34.  see www.lancashirebmd.org.uk

Alice Brown married Thomas Sherrington in 1840 at St. Davids, Haigh

There's a David Sherrington born June q 1853 Bolton 8c 262.

See by 1861 George and Alice were in Glasgow. Sarah was with them as well as David and Mary, all as KINLOCHs. Jane SHERRINGTON from 1851 was still in Bolton in 1861 as SHERRINGTON.
