Marriage of Francis Clements & Elizabeth Woolley.
13th December 1809 at St. Mary's Northgate, Canterbury.
Any references to place of residence, family, age etc.,would help to confirm (or otherwise) a family connection.

There is a Frances Clements female listed as Widow age 60 living with William 26 and Ann 20 Clements at St Peters Place Canterbury on the 1841 census. Could well be  relations.

In 1841 there is an Elizabeth CLEMENTS living at Parade, Canterbury, age 70, innkeeper with Mary age 30 , both born Kent  HO107/486/3 folio 6 page 6

In Bagshaw's Directory of 1847 Eliz CLEMENTS is listed as living at  The Rose Inn, Parade, Canterbury.

There is a will for Elizabeth CLEMENTS of Canterbury dated 1846.

It looks as though John CLEMENTS ran The Rose in 1824.

Whom and where did Francis remarry?

Have you found him in the 1841 census?

  1841 census shows wife's name Sophia.  Possible re-marriage 1838 in Marylebone?  I will have to acquire certificate to proceed further. I'll keep you posted.
