Stafford/Sheppard 1861 Bedminster

I would like help with an 1861 look up please for Bedminster, probably East Street, although later Censuses put her in Phillip Street

Harriett Stafford (widow of the late William Henry Stafford and the late Thomas Sheppard), with her sons William Brain Sheppard (b 1855 Aston Birmingham)  and Mark George Stafford (b 1861 Bedminster).

Harriet Stafford Head Wid 29 Tobacco shipper(stripper?) b Bristol
William B Sheppard boarder U 6               b Birmingham
George M Stafford      son     2 mo            b Bristol
