Hi All

Trying to help a friend locate surviving court martial records.

I know you are such a resourceful lot, where would we start looking for them after 1918?

Hi Dawn,
I'm not a military expert (but getting better after my stint at TNA  ;))
Speaking of which....TNA has a help guide to court martials  http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/records/research-guides/army-courts-17th-20th.htm

Happy hunting,

Jane

I know I am being pedantic but it can help with any search.  The plural of "court martial"  is "courts martial"

I hope you find what you want, Dawn  :)
David, I've never seen marshall spelt that way when used in this context  :-\ but you're right about the plural, 'courts martial', that's the way TNA have written it on their help page,
