Anyone help me with my mobile phone I can't get any Internet connection on my phone I have a contract with orange

the best I can offer is phone their help/general number. It should be 24hrs a day

does it really matter which phone it is? Orange should be happy to help their customers... to spend more money surfing...  ::)

i  went on the orange website and sorted it out easy enough
