There are seven Fried Fish Shopkeepers in the 1881 Census, and seventy one under various entries for Fried Fish, e.g. Fried Fish Shop, Fried Fish Merchant, Fried Fish Vendor etc.

Oh dear wrong again :D   I stand corrected,  I will have to clean my glasses    now!!  Looks like I was using a piece of miss transcribed information.
Thank all you for your help.

Thought it was rather an odd occupation! However, doesn't Freed floor shopkeeper sound more interesting than Fried fish shopkeeper ....runs riot with the imagination!
Now off to give financial comfort & joy to a tethered shopkeeper!
Christmas greetings
