Hello omar

To get this started off I have found a Samuel of the right age with his grandmother in the 1901 census.

1901 Census
2 Love Lane, Aston
Elizabeth Ingram 54 Head Widow b Birmingham
John Ingram 22 Son Boatman (Barge) b Birmingham
Samuel Ingram 19 Brass Finisher b Birmingham
Samuel Ingram 6  Grandson b Birmingham
RG13  2871  f 43

That ties up possibly with this birth registration
Births Dec 1894 Ingram  Samuel   Aston  6d 318

Following this family back I have found

1871 Census
5 Cross Street, Birmingham
Frederick Ingram 30 Brass Dresser b Birmingham
Elizabeth 27 b Gloucester
Frederick 7 b Birmingham
Henry 5 b Birmingham
Harriett 3 b Birmingham
Elizabeth 1 b Birmingham

1881 Census
New Summer Street, Birmingham
Frederick Ingram 41 Brass Dresser b Birmingham
Elizabeth Ingram 37 b Gloucester
Frederick Ingram 16 Printer b Birmingham
Harry Ingram 15 Printer b Birmingham
Harriet Ingram 13 b Birmingham
Elizabeth Ingram 11 b Birmingham
Mary Ann Ingram 9 b Birmingham
Rosina Ingram 8 b Birmingham
John Ingram 3 b Birmingham
Esther Ingram 1 b Birmingham

1891 Census
4 back of 35 Hospital Street, Birmingham
Elizabeth Ingram 42 Head Widow
Elizabeth Ingram 20 Daughter
Mary A Ingram 19 Daughter
John Ingram 13 Son
Samuel Ingram 10 Son
All born Birmingham

In your post you say Samuel was the son of Frederick and Harriet.  Can you tell us how you got the information about his parents please?  Also, did he have any brothers or sisters?  At the moment I can't see a Frederick and Harriet together in the 1901 census.
