The only Eliza Turner born Sedgley I could find is 46 in 1891. She's still in Sedgley, with husband Thomas:

Turner, Thomas 62 Head, labourer   
Turner, Eliza 46 Wife   
Pickerill, John 17 son
Pickerill, Eliza 9 dau     

Whole family born Sedgley.

There's one aged 24 in Sedgley with parents James and Mary and several siblings. Just let me know if you want her details.
