Hi,
Does anyone know where I could find records for Leicester Petty/Quarter Sessions for the 1940's?
I am not sure if this is something Wigston RO might have or if they might be somewhere else.
Failing this, is it likely court reports would have been made in the Leciester Mercury between 1940 and 1944? I have reasonably precise dates so it should not be to big a job to find this type of reporting, if it was made.
