Hopton Lookup please Completed Thanks

Could a kind person please help.

I have Edward Tripp born about 1770 at Hopton.  He married Martha Flaxman 6th June 1797 at Hopton and died in the same place on 13th May 1854.

I am looking for his actual birth date and if possible his parents.

Could anyone tell me if the Hopton Parish Register is available online please.

Can't help with your query but would just point out that there are two places called Hopton in Suffolk. Hopton nr Diss and Hopton on Sea nr Lowestoft - but commonly just known as Hopton!

Thanks for pointing that out to me.
I'm thinking that it would probably be Hopton-on-Sea as Lound is also mentioned.  Am I right in thinking they are close to each other.

the pilot site has:

Edward Tripp  bap 1769  died 13 May 1855 Hopton

but no parents given.

suffolk burial index agrees with above dates and has his age as 84. Hopton near lowestoft

According to the 1851 Census he was born at Oulton, Suffolk.
