Are you sure of George Alfred's birthdate because according to the 1921 Canadian census he was born in 1921, looks like he was 5 months old although it is a little hard to decipher. Funny thing A***try has him as 50 years old which would make him older than his parents. They were living in Saskatoon ,Saskatchewan on that census. The census has Sidney's occupation as  broach cleaner it should probably read coach cleaner.

You will not find a  birth record in Saskatchewan for him as births are only released from 100 years ago. marriages have not been done yet and deaths are from 70 years ago. 
You can send to Saskatchewan Vital Statistics for a genealogical copy of George's birth it will cost $50.00 I believe you can print off the forms from their site.

I believe they do a 2 or 3 year search I would include the info you have regarding the DOB for George indicating the age on the census and the date you have.
