I am looking for Charles Henry potter Born 1871 in bromley Sussex, in the 1891 and 1901 census, hopefully to find a wife and any children

Is it definitely Sussex? Do you have any more details?

My apologise he was born bromley, Kent but in the 1881 census he is shown as being in the "Steyning Union Work House" New Shoreham
