Capetown cemeteries. are there any maps or plans or Index available?

I believe that one of my relatives may be buried in Capetown.   Would they have separate sections for merchant seamen?  How could I find an Index of burials please?

Hi very much doubt if you will find a map and usually people are buried as they are allocated a spot. You can try Ancestry24 or EGGSA to get someone to look for you to find the grave.

Hope this helps cheers Derek

Religion, if that is any help,    Protestant or non-conformist.  Burial probably paid for by the shipping line.
