Milbrough Thomas Birth?

I am trying to find the Birth of my 4th GGran Milbrough Thomas born abt 1823 in Birley or Burley Herefordshire. I have no Mother or Father but she married John Mifflin 1841 in Hereford.

If anyone could help that would be great! Any more info needed i'll do my best to help.

Milborough married John MIFFLING in Birley in July 1841/ A copy of the marriage certificate would give her fathers name
