My family originated from Ireland and we have information on one of his ancestors. His name was John Mitchell born 1838 in Kinvara. They travelled to Australia in 24/8/1863 aboard the "Spitfire". this is where our search ends. He married Margaret O'Brien in 1870 in Brisbane, AUstralia. can anyone help with info on John and his family in Ireland as we can't seem to find anything
